Our Services

Different problems require different levels of intervention. Our services range from fast assessments to hands-on implementation and rescue work when systems are already failing. Pick the level that fits your situation, and we will handle the rest with security-first delivery.

Assessment (Gap Analysis)

We map the workflow end-to-end and pinpoint where work stalls, breaks, or creates noise. You get a prioritized top-5 backlog plus a blueprint for the single best workflow to fix first, including scope, tools involved, acceptance criteria, rough timeline, and a budget range. The goal is a clear plan you can execute without scope creep.
Best for: Teams that need a confident roadmap before building. This is the normal starting point before implementation, except for Critical Management Projects.

Implementation

We build and deploy a production-ready workflow that removes manual steps and makes outcomes repeatable using your existing tools. Delivery includes acceptance criteria and signoff, basic error handling and alerts, and a clean handoff so your team can operate and recover fast. The goal is an ops-grade system, not a prototype.
Best for: Teams ready to ship a real workflow into production with reliability built in.

Change Management

We make sure the workflow sticks by turning it into simple operating behavior your team can follow. You get short SOPs (standard operating procedures), a live training session with recording, and an ownership and escalation map for approvals and changes. The goal is adoption, consistency, and fewer “orphaned” systems.
Best for: Teams struggling with adoption, consistency, compliance, or cross-team handoffs.

Realization (Rescue)

We take over stalled or fragile automations and separate technical failure from adoption failure fast. Then we stabilize the workflow in production with guardrails like retries, sanity checks, and alerts, plus a short guide covering ownership and common failure modes. The goal is reliability restored, not pretty diagrams.
Best for: Teams with broken or brittle workflows that need a durable fix.

Critical Management

When production is on fire, we move fast and reduce risk. You get a same-day stabilization plan, a stop-the-bleeding fix with rollback, and a clear plan for the permanent fix with price and timeline. The goal is speed, control, and reliability when failure is expensive.
Best for: High-stakes incidents where downtime, churn, or delivery failures are expensive.

Retainer

We keep your workflows healthy with proactive health checks, included support hours with defined response times, and a monthly change log with recommendations. This catches issues before users do and prevents “set it and forget it” decay. The goal is reliable operations plus continuous improvement.
Best for: Teams that need ongoing support, SLAs (service level agreements), and continuous improvement for ops-grade workflows.
